ERHÖ Living Pty Ltd (“ERHÖ Living”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, your preferred installation date, the service you need and any project details you include.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you about your project.
- To prepare a styling proposal, itemised inventory and hire agreement.
- To coordinate installation and collection with you or your agent.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when it is needed to deliver our service, for example with the real estate agent involved in your sale, building managers for access bookings, or delivery and installation crews. Enquiries are received through our website host (Netlify) and stored in our business email (Google Workspace).
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@erholiving.com.au.
